The Roam standard awning room makes for an easy setup shelter for plenty of relief from the sweltering sun and in-climate weather. Designed to endure all of your adventures, it is made of waterproof, polycotton ripstop material with a durable 720GSM PVC floor. This awning room to your 6.5’ or 8' awning for additional shelter.

Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.  Shipping times vary between 1-3 business days on most orders and your item will be delivered in 3-10 business days after the order has been processed.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@familytentsworld.com.

Damages:

Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery all together and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@familytentsworld.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned back to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All refunds are subject to paying the return freight shipping costs along with a 25% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  You must contact Family Tents World to initiate the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearanced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@familytentsworld.com or call us at: 1-833-205-7703.

Shipping

To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 

Cancellations:

Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
