Refund And Return Policy


If you want to return an item, please send an email to and we will send you the return address and return authorization number.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product.  The product must be returned unopened in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of used products.  You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.

Please note that you cannot return an item without a valid return authorization number and there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.  

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Family Tents World will issue a refund for the full amount minus restocking/administration fees to the credit card used for the purchase only.

If you attempt to send the item back without a return authorization number, it will be refused, and you will be charged the return shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for returning an item.

Please note that, some products might need to be sent back to a different address than the above. So, please contact us before shipping.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call us at: 1-833-205-7703.


To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning your unit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

Returned products will require a restocking fee of up 25% of the original purchase price. Customer must also pay for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return. 


Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left one of our warehouses, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well..
